Tim Stolba is the owner of Prime Time Home Inspection and is a ASHI Gold Certified Home Inspector. He has been inspecting houses for almost 15 years and is a choice inspector amongst real estate agents in the Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas.

Nick Martin has been an inspector for 3 years and is a member of ASHI. Along side Tim Nick has inspected over 180 homes. Prior to becoming a Certified Home Inspector through AHIT(American Home Inspectors Training) Nick was a realtor for 6 years.
